After an abysmal first impression of Happy Valley Credit Union, my wife and I went to Northeast Community Credit Union for information about a car loan.
About six weeks later I went to the drive-through on a Saturday to make my first loan payment, and the man who took care of it was also extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
Ive been banking with NCCU FOR YEARS. When it was just a tiny up and starting place. There has never been a time when i left confused about information, treated poorly or a problem wasnt solved. My parents bank there, my children do too. You are definitely treated like you ARE important and not just a number.
Garbage CU. Brooke Lyons and her son were almost sacrificed because a bank employee called her cop bf instead of comply with the robbers and kidnappers who had her son in a getaway car outside with a gun to his head. Yeah, good job. Federally insured money that you wouldn't have lost a penny on was worth risking the life of a 3 y/o child and his mother. Look it up and then pick any place but this waste dispensary to do your banking/credit union business.
I'd recommend these folks to anybody.
