Also, they have received a pair of ski's for me rather than ship to my apartment. Sent a fax to my e-mail. People get digital signatures there (Don't even understand that!)Also passport photos. They are very professional, and helpful.
I'm thankful to have a UPS store in Elizabethton. They perform a variety of services, and it's not just the sending and receiving of packages. Most important, it's a friendly, efficient place. Prices are reasonable. You tell them what you need, and they'll get the job done. Excellent customer service with no need to drive to another city.

There is a young man that works there, I think his name was Tyler, that is absolutely wonderful. He was extremely pleasant to talk to. He also had 175 baby shower invitations, cut, and with envelopes to me in less than an hour when I thought it would be the next day. Very friendly store. If I ever need anything done like this again I will definitely be going back.
