This is a great insurance Agent. Customer service is what people expect and Jackee Johnston office has it. Have them do a discount double check for you they saved us a ton. This office goes out of its way to make you feel like your business is appreciated!
Worst experience ever trying to get roof fixed when storm tore shingles off and broke front door. Took forever for agent to call us back and forever to get field agent out to check roof.

I have been with a few different insurance companies and this is by far the best one in Elizabethton. Jackee is a wonderful agent and goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. I was in an accident and my car was totaled. State Farm paid me more than a fair amount. I was able to get a new car and still had money left over to pay my insurance for that 6 months.
