The only reason they get one star is because I have to in order to leave this review. This has to be the worst place to call and actually get to speak to anyone other than the operator that transfers your call, she is nice one. If you are lucky enough to get past the machine or having the call disconnected by someone hanging up on the other line, the personal in the bill department are some of the most rude and unprofessional human beings I have ever come into contact with. They act as though it is a huge inconvenience for them to do the job they are paid to do, which is customer service and processing payments. I would rather put my hand in a garbage disposal everyday for the rest of my life then to have to deal with anyone in the bill payment department. Thank you again for helping reaffirm my decision to move out of the city!!
