Very interesting ,educational and beautiful
Rangers, Historians, and other staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The new museum is exceptional, very well put together, with so many interesting exhibits. The short film shows some good education on local history. The fort and grounds are well maintained. Several living history events and other activities throughout the year, as well as nice nature-filled walking/hiking trails. Family friendly; handicapped parking and accessible entries/bathrooms available. Pets welcome on some areas outside on the grounds.
