I talk to the female who answers (when someone actually does) she lies and says she will find out where they are and promises to call me back. NOBODY ever calls back. This company should be ashamed of the way it’s ran. If you can’t do a job tell the customer. Don’t lie to them. If I could give zero stars I would! They must really be struggling from not treating customers right and is slowly fizzling out of business. Save yourself the time and call MC Septic. At least if they don’t answer they will eventually call you back. I’m tempted to start my own septic company here because I’m sure I would make a fortune with good customer service. I’m always up for a challenge....
Apparently this business no longer does septic pumping/service. No need to waste your time calling for appointment-they will not show up.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have never used this company (and never will) but my neighbors used them a year ago. They had to replace the pipes to my neighbor's septic tank. They dug it up, put in new pipes, etc etc. I don't know the pricing details, BUT what I do know is while covering it up they broke one of the new pipes. RAW SEWAGE STARTED BUBBLING TO THE SURFACE the next day.
Unbeknownst to me, my neighbors gave them permission to drive the forklift in my yard. I was home the whole time and they never knocked on my door to check with me. The forklift literally tore the grass out of the ground. All that was left was long swaths of bare ground. On top of all that, they left a pile of dirt in the alleyway behind the property. They said they would bring a truck the next morning to haul it away but never showed. The police ended up being called and the homeowner had to shovel the pile of dirt and rock onto his property to avoid getting a ticket.
On time , professional,and diligent.i will recommend 100x's over very pleased

Just yesterday they drove through the neighborhood blowing their obnoxiously loud semi-like horn every 2 blocks! (no exaggeration, they did it EVERY 2 blocks) They came back down the road blowing it again! My friend across town said they were doing it there too. I don't know what was going on. Was the horn broken? Was the drive just being an idiot? It seems to me if your truck had a fault like that you would not put it into service and annoy the whole town.
