Not a busy store. Took 3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me which I understand due to only 3 people working there at lunch rush. They need some help.
I understand messing up a minor thing sometimes because I've worked in fast food but this is just f'ng ridiculous.
Ordered: a double cheeseburger with mustard and pickle, replace bun with lettuce
And a regular cheeseburger with mustard and cheese only and curly fries.
This was my first visit to this store. I ordered a Big Country breakfast in the drive thru. Two slices of bacon cooked into jerky, and an overcooked slice of egg. Friendly staff and quick service though. Maybe it was a fluke.
Coke was actually diet Coke, when I informed the manager ( gray and white hair in a ponytail, early afternoon) she told me she had 4 coke boxes and had no idea which one was hooked up wrong....really? The diet Dr pepper mix ratio is off, barely tastes like Dr pepper...root beer wasn't mixing at all. Pick another flavor? Instead of looking into it she left the front and went to the back of the store. We were the only guests for 30 min while we ate. She never fixed any of it. 3 most popular drinks aren't correct...and it goes ignored.....great job Hardee's.
Skip this location...unless you like water...
Ordered 2 smoked sausage biscuits and a gravy biscuit. They forgot my smoked sausage biscuits and replaced them with regular sausage biscuits. I don't eat here again with my own money.
Somehow they interpreted that as a salad with one patty, one pickle, and gobs of mustard and the other order as a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickle, regular fries, and 3 onion rings.
