I just purchased a used Subaru from Doug and he was very easy to work with. He does not post his cars on-line which makes it a little harder to see what he has in stock. I was actually driving on my way to see a different car I had found on-line when I drove by his lot and stopped to find the car I really wanted.
We recently bought a Honda Element and Doug met us with the vehicle in Mars Hill (saving us a longer trip since we are from Swannanoa, NC). He offered a fair price for a good car. However, Elements have a tendency after 100,000 miles for the V-Tech sensor to malfunction and that happened to us on the way home. We called Doug. He helped diagnosis the problem and offered guidance how to fix it. Not only that he is paying for it.

I purchased a used vechicle from Doug . As a senior I was concerned looking for a used car. I must say the care and service I got from Doug was so appreciated. There was a problem with the battery on the car and we all thought it was from folks who had earlier looked at the car and left the back hatch open. As we all know used cars come as is so i was scared when i got home and the car would no longer start up again. I called Doug and he came by the house with a new battery and installed it for me. I also was hoping to be able to remove the back seats on the van so i could have some storage. He volunterred to do that for me and with out being grumpy :) did that for me. All i can say is excellent customer service and clearly given from a quality human being.
I am always wary buying a car. A friend of mine worked for Kia and he was coached to lie.
