Thank you Ms. Mullins but at the time I sent a couple of emails to Mr. Grindstaff and received no response. I conversed with Lee Lee Williams a few times, and finally I received a response from Mr. Grindstaff stating that there was nothing he could do because at the time the dealership was not his until January 2017.
Last year we tried to buy a Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I'm 66 years old and have bought quite a few new cars and this is easily the worse experience I've ever had and probably will ever have. My husband and I lost our $500.00 deposit on a deal that we thought was happening. Fortunately we immediately went to Johnson City Auto Nation and bought a new jeep for a lower price and were treated with respect.
