Lewis' had the truck I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I was treated as a valued customer during the process.
I bought a total lemon here and paid top dollar for it thinking I got a great deal. The vehicle didn't run more than a month before it begin having problems. I would fix one thing, only to have another pop up. I ended up selling it in the end because it was going to cost more than it was worth to fix it. Found out later it had been in a major wreck and repaired, they bought it as a salvage and cobbled it back together I guess. I will never deal with them again.
The manger is VERY rude and disrespectful. His employee (his younger brother) gave me a quote on a car that was off by $3000.00 and then yelled at my mother because she told him he should honor the price he quoted. It was not us that made the mistake it was his brother. He then said "i'm not selling you the car" (baby much?) Then kept being very rude and yelling. This is a man who says hes trying to be a good christian man but disrespects women the way he did. The manger (RANDY) and Younger brother (REX) lied and said that Rex was working with 3 other people while I was there. That was nothing but a HUGE lie. I was the only one on the lot. Will not be returning to this car lot. Why shop somewhere, where the employee and manger lies?
I have no idea how this place has even one bad review! They were amazing. I got a 2011 Nissan Cube from Randy, and I love it. Everyone I got to meet while dealing with this place was just awesome. They were very personable and felt like family. I will definitely be back and will refer anyone looking into buying a used vehicle to check them out!
